On Tuesday, January 7th, OCTANe held its inaugural Coffee @ The Cove event, bringing the entrepreneur community together to network and explore new opportunities to collaborate with one another. Focused on driving innovation by connecting ideas and people with resources and capital, OCTANe provides numerous resources and programs through their Connect, Launchpad, Growth Services, and Capital initiatives.
Austin Wilemon from OCTANe started the event by providing an overview of the organization, introducing the new event series as a way to “connect the innovation happening at the Cove” with OCTANe’s “experienced member demographic.” Looking toward a productive 2017, Wilemon shared the organization’s goals to increase access to both capital and expertise for their members and the greater Orange County ecosystem.
