Those just getting started and those with some experience under their belt comprised the twelve startup teams who presented their companies to a crowd of investors and fellow entrepreneurs during the Wayfinder program’s pitch and match event held at the Cove @ UCI Beall Applied Innovation.

This event provides a platform for startup teams to pitch their product or service, highlight milestones and discuss next steps with investors and Innovation Advisors, a network of local business leaders who volunteer their time to support entrepreneurs at UCI Beall Applied Innovation. Along with strengthening their pitching skills, the startups receive constructive feedback and tips on navigating the entrepreneurial world.

Alcazar: aggregates relevant property data to provide pinpoint analytics and insights to real estate professionals

Cartilage: functional cartilage products to improve patient mobility

Artistree Music: empowering the unmanaged musician by simplifying the business of music

AGTools: real-time data service for farmers and produce buyers offsetting volatility in the market, increasing profitability and decreasing food waste

BluPrint: a web and mobile app that helps people pursue their career path by providing the best educational resources for them to reach their goal

NeighborING: community-based, online service that assists students with college expenses and helps homeowners find and hire local college students to do miscellaneous household chores
