Your Managed Hybrid Event can be presented to large audiences with a combination of in-person presenters and remote speakers. Meeting planners can host from any event space within the Cove @ UCI which includes use of our professional stage lighting, podiums, sound systems, and multiple camera angles. Hosts may also utilize our state-of-the-art Hiperwall technology (Beach and Venture Cove A only) to professionally present material or add an enhanced graphic presence to your environment.
Take advantage of any event space within Cove @ UCI and present your Managed Livestream program to large, virtual audiences. With this option, you can make use of our Hiperwall technology (Beach and Venture Cove A only), professional stage lighting, podiums, sound system, and multiple angles to professionally present material that adds to your branding and ambiance. Livestream has the ability to host on your existing social channels, providing the opportunity for you to engage with an already established audience.
A Managed Virtual Webinar allows for up to 500 virtual guests. Present from your remote location of choice using the Cove @ UCI Zoom account. Designate speakers and manage attendee participation through view-only rights. With this option, you can make use of Q&A, chat, and polling features.
